Speaking of Phony Soldiers, Hey Tom Harkin How Dare You!
Thanks to Michelle Malkin we are reminded of this event:
Hey Tom, you liar, haven't you ever heard the old saw "People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones?" Claiming to be a veteran of the Vietnam War when you are not is a lie. Not being satisfied by being caught in that lie, you then told a second lie...flying combat missions over Cuba, another lie.
How dare you sir? How dare you stand on the floor of the Senate, a self-confessed liar and proceed to tell a lie about Rush Limbaugh, and even worse to make a personal attack against his integrity.
It is time for Tom Harkin to leave the Senate. It is certainly time for him to be censured for his actions.
I thought I had seen pretty much every bad thing Democrats could do. After the Borking of Judge Bork and the attempted lynching of Supreme Justice Thomas, one would think that I would be beyond being shocked by anything Democrats could do, but this personal onslaught by Democrat Senators simply to draw attention away from the hateful libeling by MoveOn.org in calling General Petraeus "General Betray Us." I am simply flabergasted at the audacity and dishonesty. Joseph Stalin would be proud of you, Mr. Tom "The Phony Hero" Harkin."
Democrats are the lowest form of politician and the conduct of this current crop of Democrat members of Congress is the most dishonest and corrupt group I have ever seen in my life.
Harry Reid and Tom Harkin would have to stand on their tiptoes to kiss the soles of Richard Nixon's shoes.
If I was a Democrat today, I wouldn't have the guts to hold my head up out of embarrassment over this vile display.

Harkin attacking Rush Limbaugh on the Senate floor:Well, I don’t know. Maybe he was just high on his drugs again. I don’t know whether he was or not. If so, he ought to let us know. But that shouldn’t be an excuse.
Why is Harkin counter-attacking so viciously?
